Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 34 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 14 cup fresh basil, minced
  • 5 - 8 mint leaves, minced
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ginger powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoons coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons salt 
  • 2 teaspoons pepper

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 425

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Roll into 2 inch balls and flatten into oval shaped patties, place in a 9 by 13 baking dish.
  3. Bake for 25 min or until cooked through and browned on the top.
  4. Serve over rice!
