
This quick and flavorful dressing combines crushed garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, and red wine vinegar with extra-virgin olive oil for a perfectly balanced sweet and tangy vinaigrette.
Ingredients
- 2-3 garlic cloves, crushes
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the crushed garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, and red wine vinegar.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake or stir well before each use.
