
This homemade ranch dressing is a creamy, flavorful blend of onion powder, dill, chives, and parsley, perfectly seasoned with salt and pepper for a fresh, herb-packed taste.
Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄3 cup sour cream
- 2-3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together all the ingrenets.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake or stir well before each use.
Notes
If you don’t like mayo or sour cream, you can swap one for the other—just double the amount of your preferred ingredient.
For a thinner dressing, add more buttermilk; for a thicker dressing, use less buttermilk.
