Calendula is known for being antimicrobial, antiviral, antifungal, and astringent. It is perfect to make so many homemade beatify products: salves, lotions, soaps.

Calendula Infused Oil

Calendula is known for being antimicrobial, antiviral, antifungal, and astringent. It is perfect to use in many homemade beauty products like salves, lotions, and soaps.

Ingredients

1 cup olive oil
³⁄₄ cup dried calendula flowers

Directions

Fill a glass pint jar with the calendula flowers
Pour oil over flowers until there is 1 inch of oil covering the
Stir and remove any air bubbles
Place lid on and store in a dark location for 4-6 weeks
Using a fine-mesh strainer, strain herbs from the oil
Pour infused oil into a glass jar and place back into a dark location until use.
