Brown Butter Rice Crispy Treats

Ingredients
- 1 cup salted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 bags mini marshmallows (10 oz. bag)
- 10 cups rice crispy cereal
Directions
Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside
- In a large heavy-bottom Dutch oven, over medium heat, melt butter and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add marshmallows, vanilla, and salt, and stir until all the marshmallows have completely melted.
- Remove from heat and add rice crispies and stir until well combined. Pour mixture into prepared dish.
- Allow the rice crispies to cool and cut into desired size.
